I built this work from lived experience, not theory. I am in long term recovery, a certified trauma-trained Somatic Practitioner, a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, and a former substance abuse counselor. Pause, Breathe, Honor was built from all of that at once, the woman in recovery and the practitioner together. I share my truth and my voice openly, grounded in honesty over performance.
